Day 1 :

Marrakech – Zagora (218 Mile)

After breakfast begin your tour, drive to Ouarzazate, the gateway to the Sahara Desert and capital of the cinema industry in which many international movies were shot and won many times some Oscars .Cross the high atlas with the variety of its beautiful landscapes. Stop to admire some attracted sceneries and the architecture of the Berber houses spread along the road

En route, pass the town of Agdez an unassuming town on the edge of a palm grove. Facing a special mountain called Jbel Kissane located Between Agdez and Zagora the road .stop for lunch .After continue driving to Zagora which a part of the beautiful Draa Valley, a land of fertile, palm-shaded terraced farmland which is fed by a labyrinth of irrigation channels. All habitation is concentrated in groupings of houses called ksours, usually on hillsides high above the irrigated farmland

Zagora was a very interesting center for Caravan trading between Africa and Europe . The sign saying “Timbuktu, 52 days by camel” evokes the great age of the trans-Saharan caravans.

It was in Zagora that camel caravans from the south broke their journey before heading onward to the east and north of the continent and continues to be the main marketplace of the south.

Day 2 :

Zagora - Erfoud – Merzouga (174 Mile)

Depart to Merzouga after breakfast. Stop at Alnif village, a green spot in a valley where several Anti-Atlas mountains meet.

The region of Al Nif is known worldwide for its trilobite fossils, ranked second only to dinosaur fossils.

After lunch at Al Nif , continue to Erfoud, into the Sahara and finally arrive to Merzouga after an interesting travel in the old time crossing many small traditional small villages with its oases . Merzouga is the small Saharian oasis the town is famous for its location at the foot of the Erg Chebbi Dunes with its golden dunes

Camp overnight in a nomad tent, furnished inside with comfortable clean cots, fresh linens and blankets all set on colorful Moroccan carpets. Take an optional camel trek to watch the sunset behind the Sahara dunes.

Enjoy dinner at your camp while taking in the breathtaking sight of the Saharan desert stars.

Day 3 :

Merzouga- Todra Gorges – Ouarzazate (130 MILE)

After Breakfast, Drive to Ouarzazate , crossing the Tafilalet valley known under the name of the small Mesopotamia crossing also other vallies like dades valley Todra one, till to arrive the road of 1000 kasbahs on the way have a break for the visit at Todra Gorges, a massive trench that rises over 250 meters to form one of the most dramatic and spectacular natural sights in Morocco,

Stop for lunch and have a free time to admire and get some picture of the naturel site of Todra

In the afternoon continue to Kalaat Mgouna known about the production of Roses which celebrate annuayl the rose festival on May .After continue driving to Ouarzazate the capital of Moroccan cinema industry in which we can find many studios for the production

Arrive at Ouarzazate and check in Hotel.

Day 4 :

Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech (120 MILE)

After breakfast, start the visit of Ksar Ait Ben Haddou, an exceptionally well-preserved site which was declared a World Heritage Site in 1987 by UNESCO. Ouarzazate is also the administrative operations base for film companies where many famous films were made, among them: the Gladiator; Romancing the Stone, Cleopatra, Sheltering Sky, Jewel of the Nile and Lawrence of Arabia. Lunch on the way and continue driving to Marrakech crossing the high Atlas mountains
