Preamble
The following terms and conditions of sale govern all transactions on the Mct-tours.com website. Any purchase ordered
This site clearly shows that the customer unconditionally and irrevocably accepts these conditions.
Object
This contract is a distance contract whose purpose is to define the rights and obligations of the contracting parties on the part of MCT and the customer within the framework of the sale of the products of the company MCT-Tours on Internet.

Contract
It is essential that you read and understand these Booking Conditions which contain important information. They constitute the contract between Moroccan Club Travel and you (‘the customer’) for the services provided by Moroccan Club Travel and define the basis of your legal relationship with Moroccan Club Travel. By paying a deposit, the customer acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the Booking Conditions and that Moroccan Club Travel will send him/her a receipt of payment in the form of a statement or invoice by e-mail, and the contract takes effect on the date indicated on the statement or invoice.
1-Price and validity
Before accepting a reservation, Moroccan Club Travel reserves the right to

The Consumer guarantees MOROCCAN CLUB TRAVEL that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by the customer when validating the reservation or placing the order,
– In the event of payment by bank card, the provisions relating to fraudulent use of the means of payment set out in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the card issuer between Moroccan Club Travel and its banking institution apply.
3-Methods of payment :
For all reservations on the mct-tours.com website, only the following methods of payment are accepted:
- Credit cards.
- Bank cheque.
- Payment / Bank payment.
- PayPal or Stripe.
4-Travel insurance
The customer’s travel insurance must include coverage for loss of baggage and personal effects, money, cancellation or curtailment, personal accident and medical expenses and costs associated with repatriation.
Moroccan Club Travel also recommends covering third-party liability and cancellation for any reason whatsoever.
5-Pre-existing medical conditions
It is mandatory that the customer inform Moroccan Club Travel of any pre-existing medical conditions. Before the start of the trip. Our main objective is to ensure that the customer enjoys a pleasant stay and avoids any risks that could hinder the smooth running of the trip. If Moroccan Club Travel considers that the customer’s pre-existing state of health is unfavourable to the smooth running of the trip. Moroccan Club Travel also reserves the right to cancel participation at any time, including
After the start of the trip. Moroccan Club reserves the right not to make a refund if the customer’s state of health could cause problems for other participants.
6-Customer journey
Due to the destinations visited and the styles of programs offered by Moroccan Club Travel, the customer accepts that his/her trip may be adventurous in nature and involve an element of personal risk, property damage. The customer accepts responsibility for all risks associated with the trip, and agrees to indemnify Moroccan Club Travel for any damage to property caused by the customer during an organized trip and by such behavior as may affect the safety and well-being of the trip and the respect of the other participants with whom he/she is traveling. The customer undertakes to respect the laws, customs, exchange operations and regulations of the country visited.
7-Advertising
For advertising and promotional purposes only, the customer agrees that Moroccan Club Travel may use photos taken during a trip organized by Moroccan Club Travel without recourse to the customer and without compensation, these photos will be used for advertising purposes while respecting his privacy.
8-Claims
If the customer has a complaint about their trip, the customer should make this known as soon as possible to the travel guide or their contracted representative, who will normally be able to take appropriate action. If the customer is not satisfied with this response and feels that his or her enjoyment of the trip is likely to be significantly affected, the customer should inform Moroccan Club Travel directly, initially by telephone and confirmed in writing.
If, at the end of the trip, the customer feels that his/her complaint has not been properly dealt with, the customer must inform Moroccan Club Travel in writing within 30 days of the end of the trip.
9. Aplicable laws
This contract and all matters arising out of or in connection with this contract are governed by Moroccan Law, and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan Judicial System. This contract is drafted in French and complies with the provisions of the Kingdom of Morocco’s law on electronic communications of transactions, which defines an electronic signature as “electronic information) associated with other data (for example, the text of a contract) and logically intended by the user to serve as a signature”.)
